RASCI-model as the foundation for the Process Manager
Before INBISCO was founded as a company, they had been active in the process industry for ten years with QHSE software as part of the Cofano company. The idea for this supporting software originated much earlier, just after the turn of the century. After several RASCI-projects that Arno Schilders supervised as an advisor at Royal IHC and where Koos Leeuwenstein was the internal supervisor as Controller. The RASCI-models and action lists were all still developed and maintained in Excel.
Then we thought, this must be done smarter!
Building a relational database based on the RASCI-model that customers can configure entirely according to their own wishes. Where processes can be automated in a flexible manner and where risk-driven work can be done.
The foundation for the management systems for Quality, Health, Safety, Information security and Environment (QHSSE) is formed by three web applications:
- PM - Process Manager
- IRIS - Item Registration & Information System
- RAS - Risk Assessment System
